The Position

Galadari Saudi Industrial Co. (GSIC), a leading distributor of heavy commercial vehicles (trucks) and aftersales solutions in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our truck service operations in Jeddah. This role is critical in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction across workshop and field service activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Truck Service Department, including workshop and field service teams
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery for heavy commercial vehicles in line with OEM standards
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective job planning, timely repairs and clear communication
  • Oversee daily workshop operations, technician productivity, job card control and turnaround times
  • Monitor service KPIs including efficiency, utilisation, warranty recovery and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and manufacturer requirements
  • Manage warranty claims and liaise with OEM principals where required
  • Collaborate closely with General Manager, Parts and Sales teams to support aftersales revenue growth
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and regular performance and operational reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Senior Aftersales Manager
  • Proven leadership experience managing technicians and service advisors
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with OEM truck brands and warranty processes is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in ERP/service management systems
  • Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Jeddah
  • KSA Driving License
