Job summary

Mirai Arabian International Company Limited invites an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design function for our Generative AI team. You will drive product design across web and mobile, and create a scalable design system with tokens and components for fast engineering handoff.

You will champion AI-driven design tooling, ensure consistency, and ship high‑quality experiences by designing patterns for chat, simulation surfaces, and agent interactions while working closely with

Qualifications

Eight+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design with ownership of decisions.
Strong visual and interaction design, able to explain decisions by user impact.
Experience turning design work into reusable tokens, components, or a documented library.
Ability to design across web and mobile and know where shared systems stop and platform conventions start.
Proficient in Figma including variables, auto layout, and design libraries.

Responsibilities

Design flows, screens, states, and interactions for Generative AI products actively shipping.
Build and maintain a design system with tokens, components, and patterns for engineering handoff.
Enable AI-driven design workflows, tooling, and rapid artifact generation.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure the system is adopted and evolved across products.
