Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Technical Civil Engineer to join the Technical Office and support large-scale landscape, infrastructure, and public realm projects. You will prepare and review technical submissions, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, produce shop drawings, resolve site issues, and drive value engineering to ensure efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience with at least 5 years in a Technical Office role.
• Strong background in landscape, infrastructure and public realm projects.

Responsibilities

• Review contract and IFC drawings, specifications and technical docs.
• Prepare, review and coordinate shop drawings for civil and landscape works.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, irrigation and site teams.
• Prepare grading plans, hardscape details and construction drawings.
• Review subcontractor shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Resolve RFIs and provide engineering solutions during construction.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize cost and constructability.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals.
• Support quantity take-offs and material verification.
• Monitor site execution for compliance with drawings and specs.
