Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Job Overview
The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading the structural design, analysis, and review of complex engineering projects. The role involves ensuring structural integrity, compliance with international standards, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design to construction and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review structural calculations 전망 the design reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, and local Saudi regulations.
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafting teams.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve construction‑related structural issues.
- Participate in value engineering, risk assessments dependendo design optimization initiatives.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control from a structural engineering perspective.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and quality management systems throughout the project.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degreeread in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Proven experience working on projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong expertise in RCC and structural steel design.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with BIM tools (Revit, Tekla) is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of international design codes and local authority requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
