Job summary

Worley in Saudi Arabia invites seasoned structural engineers to join our multidisciplinary team in Al Khobar. You will lead structural design and complex analysis for upstream and downstream oil and gas projects, delivering safe, compliant solutions across the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality calculations, drawings, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Strong experience in structural design and advanced dynamic analysis.
• Extensive experience in upstream and downstream oil and gas projects.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design and analysis activities for upstream and downstream oil and gas projects.
• Perform and review advanced structural and dynamic analysis for complex structures and facilities.
• Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and design interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and support complex structural engineering issues.
• Support FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and site activities as required.
