Job summary

WSP Middle East seeks an experienced Principal Stakeholder Architect to lead architectural stakeholder management across major infrastructure, aviation, transport and mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia. The role interfaces with clients, authorities, operators, design teams and contractors to align stakeholder requirements with design intent and delivery objectives.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in stakeholder positions on construction projects.
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors on design and handover documents.
Prepare reports, manuals and guidelines for handover and stakeholder issues.
Attend meetings and track actions from stakeholders; follow up on progress.
Coordinate with authorities to ensure smooth handover of assets on completion.
Provide input to weekly/monthly reports and highlight delays to the Team Leader.
Provide on-site direction and work with PMC to complete handover tasks.
Check and record progress; ensure 'As-Built' drawings and O&M manuals are complete.
Lead and mentor the KSA AOR team; support business development and client relationships.
Manage resourcing and deliverables across multiple projects in KSA; coordinate with WSP offices.
