Job Purpose

The Senior Specialist Staff Village Mobility Operations position is vital in managing transit for all Amaala Staff Village (ASV) residents. The role links staff to their work-bound transport and general village transportation, ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient shuttle service between ASV residents, the AMAALA bus interchange, and workplaces. Transit within the village is provided by scheduled 24/7 buses and buggies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate with line manager during implementation and operations phases.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges.
  • Partner with Senior Manager Operations & Fleet to streamline transportation services for internal and external clients, ensuring safe and dependable operation.
  • Lead resolution of unforeseen obstacles such as roadblocks, weather incidents, accidents, and dynamic transportation changes within the community.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor and address deviations from Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to transportation issues; take decisive action to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve specific customer complaints; address resource shortfalls to maintain business continuity and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks, maintaining safety, cleanliness, and service quality standards.
  • Generate and deliver operational data and insights to the Manager on a weekly and monthly basis to support accurate reporting and planning.
  • Adjust working schedules and routes as necessary, demonstrating flexibility in daily operations.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
  • Age 25 or older.
  • Minimum 3 years of operational mobility or similar experience.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Tech‑savvy with fleet management system knowledge.
  • Fast typing skills and experience in data entry.
  • Knowledge of depot and fleet procedures and emergency guidelines.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written); Arabic proficiency preferable.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
