Job description

This role is responsible for supporting CEER’s revenue operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability. It acts as a key partner to commercial teams by driving pricing strategies, conducting revenue analysis, and supporting forecasting activities while safeguarding revenue integrity through proper processes and controls. The role also supports ERP and sales system implementation to enhance financial reporting and optimize cash flow and overall revenue performance.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Finance teams to align business objectives with CEER’s growth and profitability goals.
• Support the development of pricing strategies, conduct profitability analysis, and manage financial planning, pricing adjustments, and competitive pricing studies.
• Prepare detailed financial performance reports—including inventories, discounts, budgets, and variance analysis—with actionable insights.
• Develop forecasts, scenario models, and business cases to support management decisions and set revenue and profitability targets across business areas.
• Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities while analyzing existing streams to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Monitor revenue-related KPIs and ensure compliance with pricing governance, financial standards, and internal controls.
• Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (SAP FI, CO‑PA) and revenue-related systems (DMS).
• Act as a liaison between Finance and operational divisions to ensure effective communication and alignment of financial objectives.
