Role Description

The Senior Solution Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end IT security and infrastructure solutions, aligning architecture with client business requirements and SecureMax's standards. Day-to-day activities include leading technical discovery sessions, defining solution architectures, creating design and implementation documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable systems. The Senior Solution Architect will oversee solution integration, conduct technical reviews, ensure compliance with best practices, and provide guidance during deployment and post-implementation support. The role also involves mentoring technical teams, evaluating emerging technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement of SecureMax's solution portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT solution architecture, including infrastructure, networking, and security design.


• Proficiency in security frameworks and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, identity and access management, encryption).


• Solid understanding of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, load balancing, connectivity solutions).


• Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures, virtualization, and high-availability systems.


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong documentation and design skills.


• Proven track record leading technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding implementation teams.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with clients.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, TOGAF, Azure/AWS architect) are an advantage.


• Several years of relevant experience in senior or lead architecture roles within IT security or infrastructure-focused organizations.


• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.
