Job summary

Mahally is seeking an SEO Manager to own the organics strategy end-to-end in a large Saudi marketplace. You’ll drive technical SEO, content-driven growth, and AI-driven discovery across GEO/AEO, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Content, and Merchant teams to translate opportunities into measurable business impact.

Success is defined by qualified organic traffic, orders, and GMV, with a focus on scalable, durable SEO surfaces that aren’t dependent on any single merchant or product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience for high-traffic sites.
• Technical SEO expertise across crawlability, indexation, rendering and site architecture.
• Experience with 100K+ indexable URLs and large-scale challenges like index bloat.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English for keyword research and content strategy.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset to link organic to business outcomes.
• Proven collaboration with Engineering and Product to deliver scalable SEO improvements.

Responsibilities

• Fix the technical SEO foundation for a large marketplace at scale.
• Design durable organic surfaces and an Arabic-first content roadmap.
• Own AI and answer-engine visibility (GEO/AEO) strategy.
• Measure performance with GSC, GA4, and SEO tools, tying to orders and GMV.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Content, and Merchants; communicate impact.
• Present organic performance and opportunities to leadership with clear asks.
