Innovation Group UAE is seeking a skilled SAP GRC specialist to lead access control, risk analysis, and SOx-style controls within SAP environments. You will drive end-to-end SAP security configurations, user role management, and access reviews across large ERP deployments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Firefighter Access, audits, and compliance, plus familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migrations and complex SOX-like controls in asset-intensive industries. Remote support may be limited.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAP GRC Access Control experience required.
Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Experience with Access Risk Analysis and SAP authorization concepts.
Experience with Firefighter Emergency Access, access reviews, approvals and audit compliance.
End-to-end ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Ability to conduct fit-gap workshops and prepare functional/technical specs.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion-to-SAP migration is a plus.
Preferred domain experience in aviation airports infrastructure or asset-intensive industries.
SAP GRC Access Control certification preferred; hands-on project experience acceptable.
