Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Basis Consultant to provide advanced SAP Basis support and ensure the seamless operation of client SAP environments.

The role requires hands-on experience in SAP system administration, performance tuning, and system troubleshooting, with a focus on maintaining system integrity and availability, including SAP HANA environments. Competitive package and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis consulting or administration roles.
• Expertise in SAP system installations, upgrades, and performance tuning, including SAP HANA.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP HANA), and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
• Experience with SAP security, user administration, and transport management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced SAP Basis administration tasks including system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Monitor SAP systems to identify performance issues and proactively implement solutions to enhance system stability and efficiency.
• Manage database administration and tuning, ensuring optimal SAP HANA or other SAP-supported databases performance.
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts across SAP landscapes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Implement security policies and user administration to safeguard SAP environments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Basis consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• Document procedures, system configurations, and changes for compliance and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with project teams on SAP system migrations, landscape transformations, and new implementations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical SAP systems as required.

• Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Specialist or above are highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and participate in on‑call support as needed.
