Job description

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Executive / Sale Representative to join with our US based client. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream and experience in developing technical and commercial proposals for clients in the pipeline industry. This role requires engineering / technical terminologies and sales expertise to identify opportunities, present solutions, and drive revenue growth. This position is reserved for nationals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pipeline sector, developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate pipeline solutions.
  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements with clients.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Work with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or any bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development and proposal writing.
  • Those who are from pipeline or oil & gas or construction or industrial services or spare parts or energy industry would be given priority.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client challenges and offer customized solutions.
  • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and proposal writing tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: Between SAR 10K-15K/ Month

Engineering degree holders are up to 15K/month;

Non-engineering candidates are up to SAR 12K/month.
