Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Rotating Equipment Specialist to ensure safe, reliable operations of rotating machinery across multiple sites (JIGH, SATORP, SASREF). You will lead technicians, coordinate with Engineering, and drive preventative and corrective maintenance programs to improve MTBF and MTTR.

Strong RCA, vibration analysis and SAP-based planning are essential. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to sustain equipment

Qualifications

• Must have at least 15 years of oil and gas industry experience on rotating equipment.
• Led Reciprocating, centrifugal and screw compressor overhauls.
• Experience with cryogenic oxygen service equipment and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable operation of rotating equipment across multiple sites.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Operations and Engineering.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities and overhauls.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and RCA for equipment failures.
• Document control and quality assurance for maintenance history.
