Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize charge capture and align with best practices.
• Oversee integration and enhancement of EMR, HIS, LIS and billing systems for charge reconciliation.
• Lead initiatives to innovate charge capture tools to enhance automation and accuracy.
• Manage CDM maintenance including charge additions/deletions and denial resolutions.
• Identify inefficiencies and regulators compliance gaps; drive remediation in billing and reimbursement.
