Job summary

KBR in Saudi Arabia seeks a Manager, Site Maintenance (Refinery) to lead day-to-day maintenance activities, monitor performance and head a complete maintenance team across the site.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance, with strong expertise in maintenance, reliability, quality, people and HSE management, plus a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience of refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management.
• Strong understanding of reliability management.

• Strong understanding of HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management, monitoring and oversee activities for the maintenance and lead the complete maintenance team.
• Ensure maintenance resources provide productive, efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across the work area.
• Review, communicate, approve and endorse various periodic reports related to contractor's maintenance work activity.
• Interface with client for managing disputes, claims, and Change Orders.
• Provide oversight to ensure activities meet contractual obligations.
• Establish and achieve maintenance KPIs with client.
• Ensure safety targets are met on site; conduct safety meetings and promote safe practices.
• Review invoices to ensure work billed aligns with contractual terms.
