Job summary

Group-IB is seeking a Red Team Specialist to safeguard clients by identifying vulnerabilities and simulating real-world attacks. You will join a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of offensive security through penetration testing and red teaming with clients.

Ideal candidates have strong OS, networking, and programming skills, plus proven offensive security experience and familiarity with AD, web apps, or network defenses. This role offers global collaboration across regional centers.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of OS internals, networks and protocols.
• Programming skills in Python, Go, C/C++, C#, Rust to write your own tools.
• Proven offensive security skills: published research, bug bounty, CTF experience.
• Understanding of attack techniques against Active Directory, web applications or network infrastructure.
• Curiosity and habit of digging until you understand why something works.

Responsibilities

• Take part in red team engagements.
• Develop and improve internal tools, scripts, and payloads.
• Research new attack techniques, vulnerabilities and evasion methods.
• Contribute to engagement reports.
