Job summary

Client of Aventus Global Talent seeks a Director to lead the Real Estate Fund Management team for a premier Saudi investment institution. The role oversees funds and investments from evaluation to exit, requiring deep market insight and independent decision-making on opportunities.

The candidate will lead transactions, manage key stakeholders, and guide a team within Real Estate, with a view toward succession to Head of Real Estate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 7+ years in real estate.
• Experience managing real estate funds through lifecycle including exits.
• Led at least 3 significant real estate transactions end-to-end.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of Saudi real estate funds across the investment lifecycle.
• Independently assess new investment opportunities for commercial and financial attractiveness.
• Lead real estate transactions from evaluation through due diligence, investment approval, execution and exit.
• Develop fund and asset-level investment strategies.
• Manage relationships with Boards, developers, investors, agents and external partners.
• Oversee a team of investment fund management professionals.
• Collaborate with analytics, reporting, engineering and tech teams for oversight of investments.
• Maintain knowledge of Saudi fund structures, taxation, governance and regulatory requirements.
