Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Manager - Quality to lead all quality activities across projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with client and Parsons requirements.

You will develop ISO 9001 based processes, provide quality training, manage NCRs, plan internal and external audits, and act as the primary contact for quality issues.

A Bachelor degree in engineering, business or quality, 15+ years in quality, and lead auditor certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 15+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality, including 7+ years of experience in a management capacity.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
• ASQ certification (CMQ/CQE.) or other related certifications/accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and procedures for the various business activities based on ISO 9001 Standard.
• Provide quality training to internal and external stakeholders
• Manages project's NCRs
• Ensures Parsons and Client quality requirements are met
• Plan and execute internal and external quality audits
• Be the point of contact with internal and external entities regarding all quality related issues in the project/sector.
