Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of site supervision, QA/QC on construction projects.
• Experience in inspections, material testing, and verification against specifications.
• Proficiency in technical documentation, report writing, and inspection logs.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to ensure conformance with specifications and design requirements.
• Conduct material testing and verification to confirm compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Document non-conformances and prepare corrective action reports with recommendations for remediation.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records, inspection logs, and test documentation for project archival and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate quality requirements and inspection findings.
