UCC Holding is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager in Riyadh to lead development and execution of quality control strategies ensuring services and products meet project plans and client expectations.

Responsibilities include preparing QA/QC plans within 30 days of contract, supervising amendments, conducting site audits of suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with project management and consultants to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of QA/QC experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5 years GCC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project QA/QC plan to meet project quality requirements.
• Establish project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives; monitor submittal status of QA/QC reports and review all technical submittals.
• Build and implement a control system for suppliers and subcontractors and conduct site audits.
• Attend required meetings and coordinate QA/QC requirements with project owner, consultant, and management team.
• Oversee the review of material submittals and method statements to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Prepare the project QA/QC plan and supervise amendments to meet project quality requirements and client expectations.
• Prepare the project QA/QC plan within 30 days from contract start and get it approved by the consultant.
• Ensure quarterly or need-based review of QA/QC documents and track revisions.
• Establish project quality objectives in line with IMS objectives and monitor submittals of QA/QC reports.
• Ensure quality objectives are reviewed and amended to meet client requirements within 30 days of project start and align with corporate QMS.

The Senior QA/QC Manager leads in the development of strategies and processes of QA/QC department by implementing policies, procedures, regulations of quality control work and supervisory techniques to ensure that work is executed within specific methods, project quality plan guidelines and procedures that can assure high quality of services and products, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of processes and services.

• Prepare and maintain project QA/QC plan to meet the project quality requirements.
• Establish project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives; monitors submittal status of QA/QC reports and reviews all technical submittals.
• Build and implement a control system for suppliers and subcontractors and conducts site audits.
• Attend all required/related meetings and arranges all project Quality requirements with the project owner, consultant, and project management team.

Job Experience

Minimum 15 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 5 years GCC experience is a plus
