Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in railway, infrastructure, and heavy maintenance projects.
• At least 10 years in senior project management or leadership roles managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale railway or infrastructure maintenance contracts.
• Strong experience in contract administration, stakeholder management, resource planning, and operational leadership.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred and membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, drainage systems, and other railway structures.
• Ensure maintenance is aligned with contract requirements, technical specs, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate condition assessments and prioritize maintenance based on asset condition and operations.
• Monitor maintenance performance and rectify identified defects in a timely manner.
• Maintain and submit all maintenance records and inspection reports.

Main Duties

• Manage inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, drainage systems, and other railway structures.
• Ensure structural assets are maintained in accordance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate condition assessments and prioritize maintenance activities based on asset condition and operational requirements.
• Monitor structural maintenance performance and ensure timely rectification of identified defects.
• Ensure all maintenance records and inspection reports are accurately maintained and submitted.
