Job summary

Front End is delivering the BST-06 MAX pyrolysis biochar plant at the SBF site in Riyadh, under Vision 2030 objectives. The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery from mobilisation through commissioning and handover, coordinating with Beston Group, regulatory authorities, and the client to ensure safety, on-time delivery and within budget.

Reporting to the Front End Projects Director, the role requires 7+ years in site-based project delivery, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Construction/PM required.
Master's degree is a plus for project leadership roles.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred; SCE registration or eligibility is required.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification is required.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery across phases per PMI/PMBOK standards.
Maintain master schedule and cost controls; manage subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure HSE compliance and quality standards; manage risk and change control.
Coordinate with client, supplier, and authorities; prepare reports and handovers.
