Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a Project Director to lead full lifecycle delivery of a major program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, ensure governance, and align strategy with land-release goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and extensive experience delivering megaprojects within a PMC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters in civil engineering or construction management.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, MRICS, PgMP highly preferred.
• 25+ years of experience in large-scale construction and development.
• Mandatory experience delivering major projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background.
• Full lifecycle knowledge from inception to handover.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project strategy, governance, and execution from inception to completion.
• Oversee planning, design management, construction, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with objectives, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards.
• Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards to leadership.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with authorities and partners.
• Resolve escalated issues and delivery risks.
• Align project phasing with development goals and land-release strategies.
• Drive value engineering and lifecycle optimization.
• Maintain governance across commercial, procurement, and technical.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
