Lead the delivery of a high-rise / supertall tower project, ensuring top quality.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact.
Build and manage multidisciplinary teams with accountability.
Keep projects within budget and schedule while meeting objectives.
Oversee design management, construction supervision, cost control, and stakeholders.
Provide strategic leadership across the full lifecycle.
Drive innovation, sustainability and digital best practices in delivery.
Represent WSP at senior-level meetings and industry forums.
