The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-caliber and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

Leads the delivery of PMO and project controls services across assigned commissions, guiding implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Supports team development within the centre of excellence and hub, aligning activity with Mace strategy and performance frameworks.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Being a champion of safety first, driving high standards of quality, sustainability, compliance, and team wellbeing.
  • Directing the PMO and project controls implementation, ensuring effective frameworks, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, supporting long‑term strategic development.
  • Mentor teams to foster knowledge sharing and contribute to resourcing and best‑practice innovation.
  • Managing the PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
  • Provides expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
  • Builds strong client relationships and drives performance reporting.
  • Aligns delivery with Mace control centre, mentoring teams and promoting sustainability.
You’ll Need To Have
  • A relevant degree and progress toward chartership.
  • Proven experience in PMO and project controls delivery.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, and sector practices.
  • Effective communication with analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
