Job summary

Zid | زد is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product area within its growing commerce ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams to define problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable value.

As a senior leader, you will lead discovery, set the vision, and translate company objectives into initiatives with clear outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably tech/SaaS/e‑commerce
• Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage complex products with multiple journeys or stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics, funnels, experimentation and data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on measurable customer and business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution of a product area within Zid’s ecosystem
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and continuous product improvement
• Own customer and merchant experiences across key journeys
• Lead product discovery, problem validation, and opportunity identification
• Define and evolve the product vision and strategy based on customer needs and data
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities balancing short-term and long-term needs
• Translate company objectives into clear product initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Build understanding of merchants and internal users through research and data
• Turn customer pain points into clearly defined product opportunities and hypotheses
• Partner with Design and Engineering to validate and refine solutions
• Lead product initiatives end-to-end from discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration
• Define clear product requirements, user journeys, and business rules
• Work with Engineering and Design to make effective scope/trade-offs
• Continuously improve products based on performance and feedback
• Own product performance, analytics, experimentation, and measurement
• Define and track product KPIs across activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion
• Use SQL, analytics tools, dashboards, and experimentation to guide decisions
• Ensure instrumentation and event tracking measure performance
• Own platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and internal tools when relevant
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple products and teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Operations, Finance, CX across teams
• Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, dependencies, timelines
• Communicate product strategy and progress clearly at all levels
• Bring structure to complex problems and drive teams toward outcomes
• Contribute to improving product practices across Zid
• Support and mentor other Product Managers
