Job summary

Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise, technology, and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses. You will shape product direction across multiple ventures, lead discovery sprints, and translate insights into MVPs and roadmaps.

You will own end-to-end product development, collaborate with designers and engineers, and mentor juniors while aligning with studio goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management in startups, venture studios, or high-growth environments.
• Built and launched MVPs from scratch, not just managed roadmaps.
• Technically fluent to collaborate with engineers on architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs.
• Ability to create clarity and momentum in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
• Strong user empathy, product intuition, and disciplined prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and align with venture theses.
• Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit.

• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and low-code solutions to accelerate development.
• Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates across ventures.
• Mentor junior product team members on best practices and lean experimentation.
• Maintain visibility across ventures to ensure consistency and alignment with studio goals.

THE ROLE

What you'll own here.

• Collaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and ensure alignment with venture theses.
• Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit.
• Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions that balance speed, scalability, and user value.
• Own the end-to-end product development process - from PRDs and wireframes through to launch.
• Write clear product requirements and collaborate closely with designers and engineers to execute quickly and iteratively.
• Work with engineering teams on trade-offs, architectural decisions, and product feasibility.
• Use product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and low-code solutions to accelerate development.
• Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates to streamline builds across ventures.
• Mentor junior product team members on best practices, agile methodologies, and lean experimentation.
• Maintain visibility across ventures to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with studio goals.

THE PROFILE

You're probably a fit if…

• You have 5-8 years of product management experience in early-stage startups, venture studios, or high-growth environments.
• You have built and launched MVPs from scratch, not just managed roadmaps for existing products.
• You are technically fluent enough to collaborate with engineers on system architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs.
• You can create clarity and momentum in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments without needing detailed direction.
• You have strong user empathy, product intuition, and disciplined prioritization skills.
• You can manage multiple ventures at different stages without losing focus or execution quality.
• You are fluent in both Arabic and English.

Bonus:

Experience in fintech, SaaS, AI, or consumer technology products.
