Job summary

Imploy is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and success of our digital products. You will bridge business objectives, customer needs, and technical execution by defining the product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience building SaaS or enterprise software products in Agile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within a software or SaaS company.
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Product Development, and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or digital products.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or Looker Studio is preferred.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer, market, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify product opportunities.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead product discovery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Define product success metrics and measure business impact after each release.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, customer enablement, and sales training.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to collect user feedback and prioritize enhancements.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
