Job summary

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a senior Product Designer to lead product design strategy and craft scalable, customer-centric experiences. You will partner with product, engineering, data, and marketing to shape roadmaps and ensure high-quality design across multiple domains.

You will lead a design-team, uphold design principles, and advocate for customer-centric decisions, measuring impact on engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Product, UX, or Interaction Design with leadership experience.
• Proven track record designing complex digital products, esp. ecommerce/platforms.
• Strong user-centered design, discovery, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.
• Strong product thinking, blending customer insights, data, experimentation and business context.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product design strategy aligned with HungerStation’s priorities.
• Translate complex problems into simple, scalable experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps.
• Own design system evolution and ensure design reviews and QA.
• Involve Design early in discovery and strategic product decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Designers.
• Recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Data, Marketing and Ops.
