Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Procurement & Commercial to lead procurement strategy and post‑contract commercial management for the MBS Stadium project, with a focus on architectural and facade packages. You will guide tenders, negotiations and supplier performance across cross‑functional design and engineering teams.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement and commercial management for large infrastructure, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, SCM or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 7+ years of procurement and commercial management experience, with large-scale architectural/facade packages.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and commercial strategies for architectural and facade components.
• Lead tendering, supplier selection and contract negotiations for architectural and facade works.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance and quality.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to align procurement plans with schedules.
• Apply cost control and risk management throughout procurement and contract activities.
• Monitor contract deliverables and resolve commercial issues to minimize project impact.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to procurement/commercial teams.
• Report procurement and commercial performance to senior management.
