Job summary

Penspen Ltd. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Offshore) to support a project based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves leading FEED activities, supervising process engineers, and coordinating with senior engineering teams to deliver high‑quality FEED deliverables.

The candidate should have extensive experience in oil and gas processes, strong leadership, and a track record in major projects. The position is based in the Middle East with to-be-determined reporting lines.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience, 8 years in process engineering for major oil & gas/petrochemical projects.
• PMC experience for several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day control of FEED engineers in preparation of process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, line and centrifugal pump sizing, heat and material balance to ensure FEED output quality.
• Provide timely comments on FEED deliverables and ensure their resolution and implementation.

Penspen, www.penspen,com, is looking for a Senior ProcessEngineer (Offshore) to work in Abu dhabi,UAE.

The Senior Process Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. He may have engineer grade Process personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. He may work under the supervision of a Lead Process Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Process Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• At least twelve (12) years of experience; Eight (8) years of them within the field of ProcessEngineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial

Job Responsibilities:
