Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Program Controls Engineer - Reporting & Analytics in Saudi Arabia to drive PMO reporting across the Roads Program. You will transform complex schedule, cost, and change data into executive-grade reports and dashboards for senior Client and PMO leadership.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience, expert Primavera P6, and Power BI skills. You will collaborate with PMO managers, manage ad-hoc requests, and present insights under tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to leadership.
• Planner or senior planner experience at project/program level.
• Proven track record producing senior PMO/PMC reports.
• Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and internal data consistency.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Confident interfacing with PMCMs and senior PMO stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous enhancement of PMO reporting across the Roads Program.
• Transform complex data into concise, decision-ready reports for senior leaders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting products to meet client and PMO needs.
• Ensure internal consistency and governance alignment of reports.
• Coordinate inputs from PMCMs and PMO managers across planning, progress, cost, and change.
• Verify data accuracy before PMO-issued reports and align with IMS.
• Manage reporting interfaces to ensure timely, complete inputs.
• Present reporting narratives to senior Client and PMO management.
