Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Plastic Surgeon to provide attending and consulting services for all ages. The role includes preoperative evaluation, operative care, and postoperative management within an integrated program of curative and preventive care.

The position requires graduation from an approved medical school, a 5-year plastic surgery residency, and a valid license to practice.

Competenze

Good command of oral and written English.
Graduation from an approved medical school plus internship, 5 years of residency and a valid license to practice.
Certification or eligibility by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent.

Mansioni

Performs the professional duties of a plastic surgeon.
Provides expert medical-surgical care for ambulatory and hospitalized patients.
Makes daily rounds related to assigned patients in the Hospital and performs general and special examinations in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Serves as consultant to other medical services on in- or outpatient cases.
Adheres to the By-laws and Rules and Regulations of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare and ensures work complies with Joint Commission standards.
Makes recommendations to supervisor regarding medical repatriation of patients.
Participates in in-service activities such as lectures and conferences and stays current on techniques, procedures and drug therapy.
Participates in Quality Assurance activities.
Supervises staff surgeons and assistants and evaluates to the Chief of Service.
Graduation and licensure requirements as specified.
