Job summary

TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING S.A DUBAI BRANCH is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to develop and oversee project plans and schedules. The role requires solid expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, engineers and cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deadlines.

You will monitor progress, analyze performance data and report to stakeholders, contributing to planning process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in project planning with a strong focus on developing and managing project plans
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Fluent in Arabic and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures and schedules using industry-standard planning software
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and cross-functional teams to define goals, milestones and resource requirements
• Monitor progress and KPIs, identify deviations or delays and propose mitigations
• Provide training and guidance on planning protocols and tools to project teams
