Qualifications

Experience with Primavera and project controls.
10+ years experience in Civil Engineering/Construction supervision or related.
Experience with reputable engineering firms or consultancies.

Responsibilities

Apply earned value analysis and performance measurement tools.
Coordinate change management and assess time/cost implications.
Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones.
Interface with client representatives on performance, risks and scheduling.
Monitor and report progress, identify variances and mitigation.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare and set up project budgets with monthly cost reports.
Support cost control by tracking budgets, commitments and expenditures.
Track progress and implement corrective measures.
Work with site supervision, planning engineers and contractors to forecast completion.
