Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join their team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the General Manager and provide regular updates on planning activities.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical machines.
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the department in alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Prepare and submit reports as requested by superiors, including Root Cause Analysis reports for major issues.
• Oversee and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all departments within the organization.
• Maintain open communication with the Production and Maintenance teams regarding planning and maintenance schedules.
• Utilize SAP for planning and tracking purposes.
• Strictly adhere to the written policies, standards, rules, and regulations of the company.
• Perform any additional duties and activities assigned by superiors within their area of expertise, ensuring they are safe and compliant with company standards.
• Prioritize and enforce health and safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace and public environments.
