Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on advanced pediatric cardiac interventions within a leading hospital setting, managing congenital and acquired heart conditions for children.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of post-fellowship experience, board certification in Pediatric Cardiology, and fellowship in Interventional Pediatric Cardiology.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Pediatric Cardiology and fellowship in Interventional Pediatric Cardiology.
• 5–10 years of post-fellowship experience in high-volume cardiac centers.
• Eligibility for consultant classification with Saudi health authorities.
• Strong procedural experience in pediatric cardiac interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced pediatric cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Manage complex congenital heart conditions using minimally invasive techniques.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiac care.
• Interpret echocardiography, ECG, Holter, and imaging.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and planning.
• Provide on-call support for pediatric cardiac emergencies.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, intensivists, and neonatal teams.
• Contribute to clinical governance, protocol development, and quality improvement.
• Mentor junior doctors, fellows, and clinical staff.
• Engage in clinical research, teaching, and academic activities.
