Job summary

Faclon Labs is seeking an OT/Industrial Automation specialist to manage and support a large-scale OT environment across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will provide end-to-end support for PLCs, SCADA, Historian, and MES systems, ensuring high availability and reliability of plant-floor operations.

Relocation to Saudi Arabia is required. The role demands strong troubleshooting, collaboration with IT/OT teams, and a track record in maintaining secure, high-uptime manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Must-have experience in Operational Technology (OT) and industrial automation environments.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems and MES.
• Experience managing industrial networks and OT cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a large-scale OT environment across manufacturing facilities.
• Provide end-to-end support for PLCs, SCADA, Historian, MES, and automation systems.
• Deliver 24x7 operational support to ensure high availability of plant-floor systems.
• Troubleshoot production equipment, automation systems, and network issues between PLC, SCADA, MES.
