• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, MCSE or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Manufacturing and OT operation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OT/manufacturing systems or tools such as IP 21; understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Good knowledge of OT/IT infrastructure, information security, and business continuity management.
