Batterjee Medical College seeks an experienced ERP Consultant to lead the Odoo ERP implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement across academic and administrative operations. You will analyze business requirements, configure Odoo solutions, manage ERP projects, train users, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS/IS, 8–15 years in Odoo ERP or ERP, and strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Odoo Certification or formal Odoo training is an advantage.
• 8–15 years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting or ERP implementation.
• Exposure to HR, Finance, Procurement, or Administrative modules preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Odoo system implementations, setups, and advanced configurations.
• Test modules and functionalities to meet defined requirements.
• Coordinate with Odoo developers to customize and optimize performance.
• Support data migration, validation, and go-live activities.
• Ensure QA and user acceptance testing are completed successfully.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into functional specs for tech teams.
• Create and maintain business process documentation and process maps.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated with Odoo updates, best practices, and community advancements.
• Prepare reports on performance, issues, and improvements.
