The role involves managing database provisioning, backup, and recovery operations while implementing best practices for security and compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Nutanix NDB (formerly Era).
• Strong understanding of Nutanix HCI (AOS, AHV) and Prism Central.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Nutanix NDB-based DBaaS environments.
• Standardize and automate provisioning, patching, cloning, and backup operations for supported databases.
• Integrate NDB with Nutanix Prism Central and existing infrastructure.
