Qualifications

• A PhD in Nuclear Medicine or Medical Physics (mandatory)
• Strong publication record with 5–10+ first-author publications (mandatory)
• Ability to critically assess study design, methodology, statistics, and interpretation
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate scientific content and ensure discipline-specific accuracy
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Prior experience in scientific editing or academic publishing preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and edit manuscripts to improve clarity, coherence, and readability while preserving authors' meaning
• Ensure subject-specific terminology and conventions are accurate for the target audience
• Improve presentation of complex findings to enhance publication readiness
• Edit manuscripts so final text meets high academic writing standards and follows journal guidelines
