Job summary

Oivan Group Oy seeks a Senior Network Security Consultant to lead design, implementation, and management of enterprise security projects in client environments. You will guide a team of network engineers, conduct comprehensive assessments, and deliver clear documentation and executive-level presentations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with firewalls, WAFs, and IDS/IPS, and familiarity with NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Qualifications

9+ years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering or consulting.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role, mentoring engineers on complex projects.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and security architecture.
Hands-on experience with leading security technologies including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, WAFs and IDS/IPS.
Familiarity with NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and NIST standards.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and management of network and security solutions for enterprise environments.
Act as the technical lead for a team of network engineers, providing guidance and oversight.
Conduct comprehensive network and security assessments and remediation planning.
Engage with clients to understand business needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and executive presentations.
Deploy and troubleshoot a wide range of network security appliances and tools.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement of Oivan’s cybersecurity services.
