Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, design, or application engineering of power equipment.
• Strong understanding of product standards and requirements in the GCC region.
• Independence and proactivity in technical innovation and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and localization of MV & HV electrical products for GCC.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to analyze technical requirements and market demand.
• Support regional business development through customer engagement.
• Deliver training on products and systems to enhance capabilities.
• Conduct configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting for products.
• Provide feedback to headquarters on market trends and customer needs.
