Job summary

Monks is hiring a Freelance Senior Art Director based in Riyadh to lead multimedia design for social-first content. You will craft graphics, video, and text for integrated campaigns, combining design with technical know-how across formats.

A minimum of 4 years’ experience and fluency in English and Arabic are required. You will storyboard briefs, prepare concepts, and produce digital collateral including short videos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a multimedia designer or related role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Advanced understanding of motion design and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and AVs to create content aligned with social brand strategy.
• Shape motion graphics direction and inspire the AV team.
• Conceptualize creative audiovisual ideas based on client objectives for feed content.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including effects and motion graphic guidelines.
• Experiment with new techniques to enhance team output across formats.
• Ensure all designs meet project objectives and client expectations.
