Job summary

Asmacs seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the finance configuration workstream, translating business requirements into D365 configurations and working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT teams.

The role emphasizes diagnosing and remediating existing D365 implementations with strong analytical capabilities and an independent work style. Project-based engagement spanning 3–6 months.

SENIOR MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 FINANCE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Candidate Profile:

Senior / Lead D365 Finance Functional Consultant with:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant or Senior Finance Functional Consultant.
• Strong financial/accounting background, preferably with formal Finance, Accounting or related qualifications.
• Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance, particularly cost accounting, inventory costing and product costing.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and fixing existing D365 Finance implementations, rather than only implementing from scratch.
• Experience in reviewing existing configurations, identifying root causes and determining whether to repair, optimize or reconfigure/reimplement the solution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into appropriate D365 Finance functional configurations and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work independently and lead the functional workstream with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, FMCG or other process/manufacturing industries would be highly advantageous.

Experience with companies having a large number of SKUs, complex product costing, multiple production processes and significant inventory volumes would also be preferred.

Project Duration

The expected project duration is approximately 3–6 months, depending on the findings from the initial assessment and the extent of remediation/reimplementation required.

The engagement may be structured as a project-based contract / consultant assignment.
