Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager with a strong PMC background for a large-scale Riyadh infrastructure project. You will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of all MEP works, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while meeting international standards and local requirements.

You will represent the Client/PMC, guide senior leadership, review submissions, and drive interfaces across disciplines to achieve project milestones and successful handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree is desirable.
• Professional engineering registration/chartership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, productivity, and compliance with contracts.
• Ensure MEP works align with drawings, specs, quality standards, and milestones.
• Coordinate interfaces between MEP systems, civil works, structures, and utilities.
• Review construction methods, work sequences and installation plans.
• Represent the Client/PMC during MEP-related matters and decisions.
