Job summary

Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. seeks an senior planner and scheduler to own reporting cycles for the closeout portfolio and to develop comprehensive schedules covering demobilization, preservation, and closeout.

You will perform CPM analysis, forecast milestones, and lead reviews with construction and stakeholder teams. The role requires 20+ years in planning/scheduling, with 10+ on large Saudi/GCC projects, and expertise in Primavera P6 and Excel.

Qualifications

Minimum 20 years of planning and scheduling experience, including 10 years on major projects in Saudi Arabia/GCC.
Experience on mega-projects with multi-billion SAR portfolios and high contract volume.
Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management or related field; certifications preferred (PMP/ PMI-SP/ PSP/ AACE).
Forensic planning and delay analysis experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Own schedule reporting and set the reporting cycle for the closeout portfolio.
Develop and maintain integrated schedules for demobilization, preservation and closeout.
Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule health assessments.
Lead schedule review meetings with project construction and stakeholder teams.
