Job summary

ECONOMIC CONTRACTING CENTER CO. seeks a highly skilled Mechanical Overhaul Technician to perform complete diesel engine overhauls on heavy equipment and commercial trucks.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with inline 6 and V8 diesel engines. You will read technical manuals, follow engineering drawings, and ensure precise timing, valve clearance, and engine testing.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Diesel Mechanics.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on engine overhaul experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete diesel engine overhauls on heavy equipment and commercial trucks.
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and experience with inline 6 and V8 diesel engines.
• Read manuals and engineering drawings to guide overhaul procedures.
